We offer free shipping on orders of $125 or more to most residences within Canada*. For orders under $125 there is a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00*.
United States Orders
We offer free shipping on orders of $250 or more to most residences within the United States*. For orders that are under this minimum there is a $20 flat rate shipping fee*.
* Additional shipping charges may apply on shipments to remote locations. We will contact you to discuss if extra charges are required.
* The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes when applicable. We are not responsible for any delays at customs. Once a package leaves our facility we have no control over it as it is passed from our postal service to yours. Any questions about the transit of you order should be sent to your local postal service with your tracking information.
Orders are processed within 1-3 days during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. All orders ship from Abbotsford, British Columbia with Canada Post expedited parcel service.
Delivery is estimated at 1-7 business days, but can be longer for rural or remote areas. We will email you with a tracking number as soon as your order is on it's way.
Please let us know if there is an important date you are looking to have your order arrive by. We will do everything we can to have your order arrive within a safe window of time. If you contact us, we can provide you with a quote for alternative faster shipping options.
Above all else, we want you to be happy with your order. If you want to return an item, please Contact Us for a return authorization and we will promptly respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns authorized within 30 days of your receipt are eligible for a refund. After 30 days we offer store credit or exchange only. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the return amount if greater than the flat rate fee charged or if the order shipped for free. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Any returned items must be in new, unused and resalable condition, and in original packaging if applicable. Items returned in less than perfect condition may not be eligible for return and it is up to the customer if they would like the items sent back to them at the customer's expense. Sale and preloved items are final sale.
If the return is a result of an error on our part, or arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 48 hours so we can work out a solution! The Wonder Cabinet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If this occurs, please contact your local post office.
